Gretchen Muller

Senior Vice President

Gretchen serves as a senior vice president who advises KL account teams on strategic communications plans, evaluates and supports client goals, assists with business development and helps manage internal operations, marketing and culture.

Gretchen began her career as an attorney before pivoting to PR. She honed her craft launching consumer and B2B products and services and building thought leadership opportunities for brands such as Medela, BabyBjorn, ADP Dealer Services and ZS Associates. She led her own PR consultancy, assisting not-for-profits, healthcare and architecture clients in earning equity with stakeholders, and most recently served as vice president with Taylor Jonson PR, where she helped lead multi-faceted PR programs to support real estate developers and owners, brokers, architects and construction companies with community relations, project awareness, issues management, fund launches and philanthropic initiatives.

Gretchen holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Xavier University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and their three children, is a fluent Spanish heritage speaker, coaches grade school cross country, and is always planning a trip.
